• Every 6 months

- Extra half day holiday (until you reach 3 years service), plus an extra half day if no sickness

 

• At 3 years service :

- Hotel Stay for 2, or a Spa day for 2

- PLUS, opportunity to take part in monthly leadership team meeting with directors and management staff (will take place in an evening once a month starting in Feb)

 

• At 5 Years service:

- 1 Free paid day off and a 2 night hotel stay including 1 night’s dinner

 

• At 10 Years service:

- 5* All inclusive week away for 2 people (abroad)

- PLUS a discretionary bonus profit sharing scheme (potential to earn bonuses based on the company profit)
